Prolong Your Summer Tan
16th Sep 11
Fast fading summer, fast fading tan. As soon as I stepped off the aircraft and back into Blighty England I felt my tan was rapidly disappearing. As soon as our skin is no longer exposed to daily sunshine, the melanin production slows and with it our suntan.
Follow these top tips for helping to maintain your glow for as long as possible –
• Apply a good hydrating body lotion morning and evening, my favourite is Lancaster tan maximiser - £25 for 125ml. I use this amazing product as my after...

2nd Mar 11
The theme this March is long luscious lashes. If like me you’ve marvelled at Cheryl Cole’s long lashes and wondered why every mascara on this planet does not seem to work, then worry no more as she has help.
Yes you heard it right, they are not all her own lashes but individual lash extensions that take up to two hours to apply. These fantastic lashes are available at selected beauty salons across the country and cost from £30-£60 for a full set. I had a set fitted for a friend’s wedding...

Plans for Spring
7th Feb 11
If you’re like me and counting down the days until the spring you may want to start planning ahead for the new season. We will all be updating our wardrobes and losing the layers so why not update our make-up bags and shed a few layers there. Key colours this spring are pastels, think pretty shades of pink and purple from fuchsia and violet to blossom and every shade in between. This season there is something for everyone no matter how much or little make-up you usually wear. If you prefer the...

Follow my blog for beauty tips and techniques for men and women all year round.
We may be in the middle of one of the coldest winters on record but if your skin is feeling the effects of the festive season a dry desert may be a better description. Extreme cold weather, overheated rooms and a little too much overindulgence can leave you skin looking and feeling dull and dehydrated. What...
