Welcome

Welcome from the Principal

Welcome to our outstanding OAT academy. We are tremendously proud of our students’ achievements at Victory – from the impressive GCSE and A Level results to the bespoke learning pathways available to every child. Above all, we are committed to ensuring every Victory student is ready to learn independently and enthusiastically for life. I believe every child needs to follow at one passion at Victory, whether it is a traditional academic pursuit or a commitment to the arts. Every child must also have at least one adult they happily approach to discuss their welfare. We have invested in a strong pastoral team to ensure our students know their well-being matters.

It matters to us that our community members take a lead role in our academy – learning together shapes lives for the better. We value the relationships with the schools within our cluster because we understand the importance of serving the whole family, not just an individual child. We also run a range of regular evening classes for parents and children because we believe learning should be enjoyable and built on purposeful, meaningful relationships.

We have an incredible campus at our disposal with lots of green space, great sporting facilities, arguably the best science facilities in the county, excellent facilities for Design & Technology, a spacious buzzing library, a lecture theatre with 3D technology and a professional beauty studio. We are fortunate that our students learn in a bespoke, brand new building. We are very proud of the community we serve for many reasons. Our students are not just committed to their studies, they want to improve the life chances of others too – their charity work is highly admirable. Similarly, we prioritise our enrichment offer as we firmly believe valuable learning also takes place outside the classroom.

Our students have the opportunity to experiment with learning a variety of new skills and sports – and there will be more to come. If you are considering Victory for your child, either for Years 7, 8, 9, 10 or Sixth Form, please contact us – we would be thrilled to offer you a guided tour.

Join us for the voyage!
