Able, Gifted and Talented

Our Misson

At Ormiston Victory Academy we are committed to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to make outstanding progress. The Able, Gifted & Talented programme at Ormiston Victory Academy aims to support the most able students in doing this. We provide opportunities for students to take part in a number of activities and trips that aim to inspire our most able students. We aim to personalise our Able, Gifted & Talented programme to fit the specific needs of our students and give them opportunities catered to their individual needs.

Trips and Activities

We run a number of activities and trips aimed at supporting our AG&T students. We run trips to both Oxford and Cambridge University and have a good relationship with the UEA. We send students on residential trips to the UEA where they get to experience university life first hand.
We also have a number of outside speakers who give talks on a range of topics including careers in a variety of different professions. Our students also get the opportunity to attend subject specific conferences.
Our students enter a number of competitions in a range of fields from science and maths to engineering and public speaking.
